In UK beds are:-
Small single (i.e like bunk beds) 2ft 6ins
Single 3ft
Small Double 4ft (we have one of these in one of the bedrooms - cannot get bedlinen that size have to use 4ft 6ins)
Double 4ft 6ins
King 5ft
Super King 6ft
Emperor 7ft (specials)
Usual length 6ft 3ins but from King onwards 6ft 6ins

Its a Small Double, there shite, cant get bed covers to fit!
