How do you remove the prefix "shortcut to" in windows?

click on the title and just edit the name

yeah you can do that but there is checkbox somewhere in windows that says "Do not prefix 'shortcut to' to shortcuts. I have forgotten where it is though

theres a window registry,
look it up in google
"regestry remove shortcut"
or something,
u'll have to use regedit to do so.
