Want to do this, do 02 charge any administration fee to do this? Sick to death of getting useless phone calls from companies wanting to give me money.

I'm guessing you're in a contract? Else you can just get a new PAYG sim.

Although apparently you can phone o2 on 0870 600 3009 and tell them about prank/nuisance phone calls and you should be entitled to a free number change.
