Liverpool striker Fernando Torres is set to leave Anfield and join Manchester City for £43million, we understand.
Man City representatives were in Singapore on Thursday and have struck a deal with Liverpool.
Torres will earn a massive £160,000 a week at the Manchester club.
Several Liverpool fans will be upset and angry when the deal will be announced on Saturday.
Torres told The Daily Mail exclusively: "Man City are a great club and it's a fantastic project coming up there.
"It is a project that I would like to be part of.
"Several top players have joined the club and they have ambitions."
Torres attended a press-conference with Yossi Benayoun and Rafa Benitez, where it looked like his mind was elsewhere - Eastlands.
