hay peeps, basicaly after i get my car back together i think its time to treat it and get a lowering kit.
i want to lower it 40mm all round (or more at the back as i dont want the euro jacked up arse look) and am just wondering if anyone has come accross any problems with thes rims before? oh and tyre size is 195/50/15 (need some give in the tyre)

anyone got some pics of 40mm dropped cars?
im 100% sure thats the one im going to go for as i need the car to be comphy to drive and go over speed bumps without worrying that its gona scrape lol.. my gsi did this and it was dropped 60mm

i had mine 60mm on cav fan blades and it was fine,40mm will be fine.

195/50/15's.not the best pics but here are a couple anyway.this is 60mm.

whats the ride quality of 60mm my old gsi was 60mm but it had a xe sitting up front and was a night mare for speed bumps 5mph at most going over them

yes as you can see the front is slightly lower due to having an xe in,the exhaust used to catch on speedbumps untill i put a let in and had a full exhaust made.

exhaust is quite tucked up on my 14 so i dought that will be a issue.. think i'll go 60
