ive got an error message keep popping up saying windows is closing explorer as its not respoding.
Now i havent seen any other windows than the one im using close? but earlier i noticed a tiny window in the corner of the desktop, i clicked the x to close it, and it said stbapp.exe is not respondonding.
Googled it and its possibly a virus. i have norton and its not noticing it?
what should i do next

Norton is poo. I would say download AVG but you probably wouldn't want to if you have a paid subscription with Norton. Try Ad-Aware and Spybot first maybe? I don't think it's a virus, seems more like malware.

My resources don't know what stbapp.exe is so it's pretty safe to say it's not a good thing.
Whether or not you have paid for Norton, you are best off binning it as it is utterly useless. Use the Windows firewall and Avast Antivirus and you'll be fine.
Download Malwarebytes Anti-malware and Spybot Search & Destroy, then boot into safe mode and install them and run the scans.
For instructions on booting into safe mode, see here: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial61.html

My resources, ie google, point to this being related to gaming harbour toolbar, which you don't want on your computer.
Malwarebytes should do the trick.
