change to o2 simplicity - unlimted text and mins and internetz i pay £27 a month - cancel anytime (30 days notice) pay is pro rata though - for those who wanted to pay beginning or end of each month probably not ideal but worth it if you dont want to commit to anything or spend alot.

Hi from Orange. From 14 September we'll be changing the cost of some calls not included in your price plan. See http://orangeworld.co.uk/r/11 for details
.. because the dude I spoke to said that this doesn't apply to me

Friggin' success! The first two times I spoke to two well spoken blokes who were wankers, saying it didn't affect me blah, blah, one was a right cocky bastard.
Third time I got put through to a nice welsh lady who put me on hold a sec while she ran me through some eligibility tool.. and because I'd made calls in the past to 0870 and 0845 numbers I was eligible. Don't actually remember these calls. Anyway, contract is cancelled and I'll get my last bill in a month. good stuff, and hello o2 simplicity

Someone explain this to me?
Can you not just have a direct debit for a set date and your bill amount is taken each month?
