A mate of mine always seem to get absolute bargains with cars,
He recently got a clio 172 for £450, nothing wrong with it at all, came with a full stainless exhaust including manifold, and four new tyres.
He has also just picked up a completely standard 206 gti in really good nick, for £600.
I want to find bargains like that .

Subaru Impreza P1 with 9k on new engine after rebuild, bodywork mint, runs lovely, got it for £6000 when other P1's are going for 8k-12k with high mileages.
I was lucky the bloke was a bit older and a millionaire.

My mate stuch got an 02 plate Saxo VTR for 300 quid with 90k miles, needed a wing mirror, locking petrol cap, engine mount and tax. The woman who owned it before thought the engine was on its way out when the engine mount went and it vibrated. Then theres me payin 650 for a P reg corsa 1.2!

bought my corsa sport, for 200 quid, nothing wrong with it at all, just wanted rid of it before they scrapped it, all it needed was a dam good cleaning and a technical problem fixed,

got my current corsa b shell the only sign of rust on the whole car was the wiper area, osf wing and under the bonnet, an absoulte minter of a shell for 250

I bought my 1.6 corsa sport for £350, needed a bit of welding and headgasket.
Body is in excellent condition and interior hardly shows its age, also got FSH.
Came with cav slabs and lowered 60mm, and until my mate had it,, it was completely standard.

astra mk4 in silver lowered and spaxs springs and dampers 17" wheels apart from that no test loas of tax 300 quid minter maybe swop the corsa for the cheaper option dont no yet

Untaxed, untested, 128k corsa, needs very quick tidy up, very nice alloys, alarm, runs, drives fine, i tested clutch, its fine, head gasket is fine, underneath is solid. £150

Unless it was a really late one (98+) thats not a bargain thats a rip off!

only bargain ive picked up was a set of 2.0 16v cailbra calipers + pads and discs that were almost brand new. £10.56 + £8 delivery from ebay lol.

well it's the cheapest corsa I've seen that runs round here...never see any bargains really. I was gonna strip it out, rollcage it, put a bucket in, harness, an engine, either redtop or let and put on the track.

I paid £700 for a complete Cav Turbo 4yrs ago with receipts for over £12k.
I got a clio 1.2 for £100 off a mate, cleaned it and sold it for £675 2yrs back

where are you people finding some of these bargains, ive had a few nothing to special
L-reg Astra Gsi £300 about 3 years ago sold on for £850 (after 6 weeks)
X-reg Astra sxi mint with FDSH £1k non fault accident after 2 months insurance paid me £1750 plus i sold the car on for £350
