Is this usually cover under waranty?

Pug has sprung a leak First major thing that has gone wrong in 44k

If it's a manufacturing fault then yes but I fear it will more likely be down to a stone hitting it, which isn't.

You sure its the rad? Even if its dripping off the rad I would be checking the surrounding hoses first in case one of those has failed and it's running down the casing. Hoses are cheaper than a new rad.

Checked all the hoses, all look sound. It's leaking from the bottom of the rad so don't think a stone has caused it.

Can driving a car hard cause this? Stupid question but i know very little about cars.

You could perhaps fracture a bracket or something if you've been going too fast over speed bumps or rough ground or something but no, otherwise you can't damage the cooling system by hard use.

Just checked and deffo coming from under the rad. I'm not chancing taking it off as there are not just hoses going into the rad, there are also some metal pipeing.

Have to take this one to the garage
