makes you sweat, restless and gives you the shakes. like being on a mild form of speed for the duration of the course.
T3 is a much more efficient fat burner... however run T3 and clen together and providing diet and training are in check the fat will melt off you.

T3 is just a hormone, thyroid hormone to be exact. It works by increasing your metabolism speed.
You could try t5 which is basically eph and caffeine but it isnt great if you like good sleep.
If you want fat burners, run T3 and clen together in 3 week cycles. 3 weeks on 1 week off. Say with t3 start off with 25, 50, 75, 100 mcg over 4 days and then stay on 100mcg for the duration then when you come off it drop the dose in the same way you started it. Same theory applies with clen.

T3 speeds up your metabolism so it burns muscle and fat - for body builders its only advisable to use whilst on cycle. Otherwise T3 is prescribed to people with underactive thyroids who have weight problems so yes you can use it just to shift fat.

None of them are illegal for use in humans, they are used in pharmaceutical applications and are prescribed to people with weight problems.
Side effects on clen are sweating, the shakes and bad sleep. Its like being on a mild form of speed but once your body gets used to it the sides start to go away. If you look at the back of a paracetomol box it lists far more side effects than t3 or clen

sorry for thread hijack and all my questions but this is interesting me....
im only interested in a bit of weight loss, not bothered about muscle building.... my diet is pretty small (one slice toast for breeakfast, one small sandwich n apple at dinner, then whatever the missus cooks for tea - just a small portion)... what sort of food should i be eating whilst taking the clen or just stick to the small diet

Do you not think if these really worked the companies who manufacture them would be making even more money and everydbody would be on them.
Go a jog round the block, free and actually works.

Erm they do work, they are used in pharmaceutical medicine for patients with clinical weight problems. They are an active hormone not some blend of herbs claimed to help you loose 2 stone in a week.
