ok, i have put a set of 60mm lowering springs on my car and the springs fall out the shocks when u jack the car up is this normal? and do i need shorter shoks to go with the smaller springs? if so does anyone have some for sale cheap?

You need shorter shocks, if the springs fall out when you jack it up then there's potential for them to fall out whilst driving. Check the classifieds, I've no doubt someone'll be selling some

yes, if you go lower than 40mm then its advised that you get uprated shocks

ah reet that explains it then lol its well anoying goin over a bump and it keeps bouncing for a couple seconds after lol get sea sick.

yeah sounds like thats your problem, you find that your standerd shocks dont last long when you lower it 60mm, so sooner or later you will have to uprate the shocks, its not a hard job aslong as you have the right tools.

Yup, mines exactly the same. I wish I'd saved some monies and got shocks too.

are all like performance shocks shorter or do i need to find the right ones for my springs?

They're all shorter, usually best to get shocks the same make as the springs.
