I got star letter back in December & it says that you get £100 worth of Richbrook gear... Still not got it

I put all my contact details on the original mail & I also sent them an email in January, both of which weren't replied to.

I'm not that bothered about the stuff, it just pisses me off that they get away with false promises

Has anyone else had this happen.... What shall i do?
