I joined one 6 week ago, aching a lot less with the protein supplements (at least i think thats why!) Managed to put 2.7kg on in weight also and get to the 13 stone mark.

So I moved in to a building with a gym 2 months ago and I've been twice

I just cancelled my gym membership

I was at active and it was £44 a month. Great facilties though

I was in Fitness First in central London until recently.

Will take another one out when I'm back in Liverpool.
