Just put some 2ltr brakes on a tigra but the pedla feel is rubbish and goes right to the floor. I have blead them twice and it has made no difference. What next is there any adjustment on the pedal?

Make sure they are fitted on the right sides, cant remember if its nipples at the top or the bottom. Also if you have abs you have to bleed them a certain way (ie back left, front right, back right, front left)
Worth checking these but if not those then you have air in the pipes somewhere.

How do you adjust the rear brakes then it says there is an adjustment bar in the haynes but thats it.
They are pretty tight against the drums already

ok so if your hand break is about 4 or 5 clicks, and your adjusters in the drums are wound out so that they are propperly adjusted then, the calipers may have been put round the wrong way, or there is a problem with balloning,
cars with abs should be bled from furthest bleed nipple from the master cylinder to the nearest, so N/S/R...O/S/R...N/S/F...O/S/F is how it should gp
