Hi all,

Am needing to get my car transported to Mr WarrenG

I am covered by TheAA (Roadside, Relay, Homestart) but as the engine bay is a nest of wires then towing it to the M4 is a no as it'll be obvious!

Just wondering if anyone has done anything similar to get theaa to do this kinda thing?

But.

Failing that I could get it transported by a professional company. If need be anyone know any good ones they can recommend?

Pretty big range of quotes, to get my car transported 250miles it was £220odd and I phoned the company which was the cheapest and they did it on a sunday even though they are usually closed , can't for the life of me remember the company.

Calibre Auto Logistics here

They are based in dartford, 30 mins from Maidstone. They do the transport for the cannonbal run cars cross continent. No idea if they'd be competetive compared to your quotes, but you can always ring and find out. I've never used them, I just know them.

could you hire a beavertail (is that the right one?) van and drive it there?
