I think mine was limo black on the fronts and it was just too dark so I would think that dark smoke would be OK

i want to tinjt the car myself as well but tried it once and couldn't even do a fucking window coz it just shit. I've seen so many cars driving bout my way who have tried to tint the window themselves and it just looks nasty but apparently if you heat the windows and the film its a whole lot easier but i don';t want to waste another 50 quid

Sqw them tint my windows. They places the film on the outside windows, then cut around it to make the shape. Sprayed water on the film and windows and stuck it on.
The film professinoals use are usually twice (or more) as thick than those you buy form shops, cus i've compared them

Well as far as i can make out so far,
* the windscreen cant be tinted at all
* front side windows can be tinted to a certain degree
* rear side windows and rear windscreen can be tinted as dark as you like.
This correct???

yeah thats about correct, just front two side windows they care about... dark smoke on them id deff legal, just the limo black is illegal....

ur allowed 35% light on front windows and whateva u want on back windows and rear, if its not this then the filth can make u take it off and also fine u as some of them carry a light meter
