i have an appointment for Wednesday morning at my doctors but thought i'd make this post anyway.
for about 2 months my right foot has been causing me pain from time to time. the pain is in the top of my foot and covers the 1st, 2nd and 3rd metatarsal. it hurts when i walk and is sore to the touch. if i slowly move my toes i can feel like a creaking between my metatarsals. some days i wake up and the pain is completely gone but it always comes back again. for this reason i dont think there is a break. i was thinking it might be a stress fracture but from what i've read it is unusual for the pain to go and come back.
anyone had similar?
p.s. its not bad aids or good aids and no amount of "man the fuck up" seems to work.

Fallen arches affects most of the foot bones as it pulls all the metatarsels downward.

this might sound daft but if it were fallen arches wouldn't my foot look funny? cause it doesn't look any different at all.

Speaking of odd, I find Derren Brown slightly odd. See he is going to predict the Lotto results?
