Solid metal about the size of a tax disk holder,

says on the front:

Humberside Fire Brigade

The embossed working on the rear reads:

JABSCO
Rotation (with arrows)
ITT Fluid Handling Ltd
Outlet Port
Loosen Drain Cover to Drain



Listing it on eBay but no idea what it is, maybe off a fire truck/hose etc?
