You could stop some of the hard work you have to put in by being a bit more lenient.
Dont lock thread, move them, delete them unless they are way out of order, most of them are just clean fun, you get worked up about it.
Oh and Romford is a mod, he shouldn't get pissed off and taking out on users, its not the way to deal with it.
I was a moderator on another forum, about half as busy as this, but we had some real problems, but I was never less that professional about it, I got involved in the laughs but when someone stepped out of line I dealt with it.

I was refering to Romford matey, I have no complaints about the way you deal with thinks, I am actually quite happy you took the time to explain everything.
I aint worked up, I am just commenting on stuff, as a user I am sure I have that right.

Well ok, but I never realised anyone had a problem with RA. He wasn't taking it out on other users... Sometimes we just get so much crap happening on the board that it's easy to go overboard. If you've spent the last 10 minutes editing a really bad post, then I suppose it's quite easy to carry that onto the next...
Of course you have the right to your opinion, but I'd also like to think that any users would contact Ian and myself first via email, etc, with any big grievances before tempers flare on the public board....

Yeah and I feel that contacting you is the first step, but when I post has been made about it then it is easier for people to get their comments aired for others to hear.
