I had identical plates on my Astra gsi, got pulled and was given a £60 fine.

When i was sat in the police car, the officer showed me with his numberplate recognition camera that he cudnt pick up my plate

my friend got £60 fine for his "french" presed plates, and asked the officer if the legal pressed plates u can get are actually legal, and apparently they are NOT, a new disclaimer has been brought out for the police etc, so as far as im aware, standard plates are the only plates that are legal!

although i still have pressed....
