Time has come to arange the oct meet!
It doesn't have to be the first sunday of the month but that is the CS guide!
Now i would like your ideas on where this meet can be held!
Looking into the activness of the EA region there is alot of members near the area of The Cutter Inn, Ely!
So thats one idea....Anymore?

well we need to try find somewere in the middle for every one, if every one puts were they are from then hopefully chris can sort out a location as he needs ideas?

As said before, me and ian worked out that the centre of the active members in this region is belive it or not is Ely area!
So We need to get choosing fast, i can only arnage meets if people are willing to meet up!
More members and more meets mean better stuff can happen for the region but we need eveyones help to make that happen!

just an idea why dont we stagga the meeting locations
for example meet in Norwich one mth next mth say... Newmarket.... then mayb Ipswich and on the 4th mth a central meeting place say... Bury St Edmunds (just ideas) that way word gets about
is that worth trying??

Yes it was and thats where Kerry decided it was and no CS members really turned up!
Everyone likes abit of a mix, so like every other region its an idea to have meets each month a diff eareas of the region!

Ely is central to the active members according to the data.
If that is too far for particular members then November can be somewhere else.
Personally I feel that if 40 miles is too far then you need to reconsider whether you are actually in support of meets. Most regions are over 100 miles from end to end. You will occasionally have to drive for more than 10 minutes.
I would remove the diplomacy and say
Ely in October
Peterborough in November
Kings Lynn in December
Thetford in January
Haverhill in February
If that doesn't suit, I don't know what will.
You could also go with the NWNW idea. Have someone who thinks its too far suggest somewhere and everyone goes there. If the people who suggested it don't support their local meet then the region NEVER goes there again.
There are bits of NWNW that we don't go to for that reason. If the locals cba then you lose the right to dictate location.
Ely and if that is an hour away, get up an hour earlier. You need to sort this region out and support whatever is going on.
And stop being so damn democratic. It doesn't work.
