Id thought the licence was still to be agreed as the council veto'd it last time it went before the meeting as the local yocals went banana's over the pple hanging in the village cause they couldnie get over the new security fence which they demanded the year before so as to let the festival run.

REM (OK'ish)
RadioHead (Pish Poor after 'The Bends'
Prince (quality)
The Polyphonic Spree (complete and utter $#it)
PJ Harvey (date to be confirmed) (wierd but ok i guess)
The Rolling Stones (u sure? cause arent they on the world tour)
The Flaming Lips (not too bad)
Supergrass (fantastic live)
Muse (good group)
Black Rebel Motorcycle Club (mmmmmm)
Richard Ashcroft (unbelievable artist and stupendus live)
Elbow (interesting)
Super Furry Animals (too wierd at times)
The White Stripes (really cant get into them at all)
The Streets (HA HA no Brits for him... TF as he is rank rotten)
Massive Attack (worth a listen i suppose)
Starsailor (i liked his version of the sclub song on Joe Whylies show on Radio 1... so should be a great set)
The Libertines (not too sure on them)
The Coral (cant really see why mark and lard like them so much)
Jimmy Cliff (WHO??)
Dolly Parton (aye pull the other one)
Idlewild (SUPERB)
Suede (excellent group)
David Gray (great song writer)
Craig David (his new work is pish poor and he is overated)

Of course my own opinions on them but overall if u lined them up as follows then it would be far better line up... QUALITY is the name of the game so get rid of the guff stuff and have a superb line up.
