...........been there three times, and been done three times!!
they do not like my car at ALL
i went for a quiet drive in the county last week at 10am and pulled in2 a petrol station to fill up
next thing i know a T5 pulls right in behind me, looking around, i shat myself, so he then pulled infront and started filling up *phewww*
so i pays for petrol and walks out, and just as i got in my car he goes "is that your car son, pull in over there as we need to have a long chat"
i thought ahhhh bollocks! 
so he spends an hour going over my car and i get done 4 the usual (green lights, plates, no reg light etc etc) but dosnt pick up on a lot of things so i start firing him questions and he dont know the answers, so i blag my way out of 3 fines and end up with a defect form 
so, needless to say im not going back again!
so i managed 6 months with no plate light and little plates- ohh well

My cars gonna be a sleeper, so hopefully i won't get many probs. Stu P, had lots of grief with his corsa, from police and jealous peeps.
Does sound a pain, espec if theres drugs in car........couldn't have that.

T5's all over north Derbyshire. Think the A38 is one of the most heavily poiced roads in the country. I got pulled in Shef last week. Bike cop pulled up next to me at lights and told me to watch my speed and get my plates changed, said he'd give me £30 fine next time but couldn't be arsed to get off his bike

2 i can remember....
i asked him if the tvr plate recess was legal on other cars as ive heard tvr have a special licence to use them
if i have green neons on my car undersides, can i get done for seeing just the glow off the tubes but NOT the tubes them selves as its not technicaly classed as showing green light (only the glow which is caused by the light)
both he didnt know answer to so he gave up
