What i am looking to do is either remove and fill where the mountings are on my barina or try and smooth whats ther.
Any ideas?

If you try and smooth them out it will constantly crack
Think the only way to do this is lead filling?

why not smooth and paint the plastic rails where the roofrack mounts go through

Smoothing and paintind sounds like a good idea. I just need a little knowhow because i dont really have a problem with the plastic strips themselves, its just the sliding pieces
