ive got an AI problem, you may have hear dof it the Eight Queens on the chess board problem. My dilemma is which language do i program it in?
C++
C
Visual Basic

i ahve already started codin it in VB, cos of the obvious good GUI compared to C++, but i dunno if this is the hard way around. opinions welcome

Vb, create a database perhaps with the moves the parts can do etc. The work the rest out

C, i can do that but it would be shit loads move code tbh. Its a procedural rathers then structured lang.

yeah, weve covered all of C at uni, now were half way through learning C++. i just know visual basic from years ago at college

cos i can program better in C At the moment than C++, but yer C++ does have its advantages

C++ will give you more control
VB will be easier
