It looks pretty easy fitting it, but what about where the actual cooler sits? Where abouts can you bolt it to?

you can put the cooler where ever you want, you should put it where plenty of air is going to get to it

on the cavalier its fitted low down on the driverside on brackets just above the crossmember, in the same position on the corsa it would fit in the same position with the air coming through the bottom grill on the front bumper

On my xe i moved mine so it sat just infront of the bottem of the rad.

id make up to L shape bracket and mount the cooler on the crossmember in the space between the crossmember and the bottom of the crash bar
