tony law manifold when i got mine was £323 posted for a 4-2-1, but may be more now, only differance between that and sbd is sbds is about 18inches longer under the car.
but tony law, simpson, sbs/btb have been specifically developed for helping make power, not just a copy and someone claiming they give an extra 10bhp.
if only going standard xe then no point changing the stock manifold tbh, seen nearly 200bhp with them anyway.
otherwise go for one of the above if want a worth while manifold, not just some shiny buits of tube
