wht bhp can I get for my corsa 1.6 with polished and ported head, 264 deg newman cams , 1mm bigger stainless steal valves ,decat , lexmaul inlet and biggy pack ???

if you have paid to have the big valves put in then you have wasted your money. for what you've had done and even up to 180bhp or so you can stick with stock size valves. decat on stock manifold or aftermarket?

if fitted ARP rod bolts so can rev to 7.5k then may see 140 otherwise about 130 if not been fitted

i'll b gettin some arp bolts now then :-) wots a biggy pack ?

I'm plan'n 150bhp so bigger cams i think :-)

got rolling road done and got 130 bhp out of it but with lots of problem as em light sometimes comes on and engine goes in limp mode and sometimes very lean idle !!

limp mode wont make a differance during a power run.

if you had a clean power run and got 130, thats what its making, if eml lights/limp mode was coming on sometimes it wont make a differance to a clean power run.

what come up error wise for the eml light to come on?

when we got the eml on we could only get 120 bhp have to check codes. have to get power graph scanned as there is something wrong with torque and is not 100 %

I will try and get graph .
At around 4,500 the torque just drops but than again it just goes up

its not a great deal heavier , xe is a 10 times better engine full stop
