Picked this up on 15th September, 1.6 Sport in Brocade Yellow





I know the colour is a bit like marmite, but i love it! wanted one in this colour for a while now and i'm glad i've found a decent one
Unfortunately i didn't get any pics of it when i first bought it, these ones above are after i'd just lowered it 60mm all around and put my smoked depos on.

One bad point about the car, which annoyed me quite a bit, is that it seems to be covered in green overspray or something of that sort. it takes sooooo long to t-cut out, but i've done it all apart from the roof and windows now!

Mods so far are:
- lowered 60mm on Jamex springs and dampers
- smoked depo headlights
- de-wipered the rear
- 'badboy' and extended bonnet
- drilled and de-restricted airbox
- new number plates

Future plans are:
- minus 90mm or 100mm springs for the rear
- either anthracite bumper tops and arches OR colour coded GSI kit (thoughts on what to do please?!...)
- cesaro's in anthracite
- debadged grill
- flame inlet manifold
- full exhaust system
- K&N panel filter
there's probably a few others that i can't think of at the moment

Car is nice but no offence.. the colour match on the bonnet is horrific. (Could be the lighting)

i asure you mate the colour is pretty much spot on, same colour code ect, dont for get the car is 10 or so years old and the bonnet was sprayed this week so there's goin to be a differance with fresh paint to old, its only the driver side wing thats slightley lighter . apart from that its spot on

yeah i know mate, paints faded slightly on the off side wing as taylor said

all i can do is try and restore the colour a bit. apart from that i'm happy with the bonnet, i only put it on yesterday!

i used to have a corsa sport the same colour as this i used to love the colour i think its 1 of the nicest colour for a corsa there is a few nice ones on this site

car looks good ill be keeping an eye on progress on this

Not a problem. It would have been very hard to find you
I came down in a Green Lexus matey. Had a very good night, the scene is completely different to what it is up north. A lot more active down yonder and a hell of a lot better atmosphere/turnout/organisation.

yeah it is busy every single weekend, theres loads of chavvy enthusiasts though unfortunately, but things like that are liable to attract that sort of scum!

Very nice mate, I just got a brocade sport myself and I'm considering going down the anthracite arch and bumper top route so keep an eye on mine and i'll be watching your thread mate, top work on the bonnet by the way.
