Not sure if anyone that has the same phone as me can help me out as i tried finding this problem i got thru searching on google and couldnt find the answer, phone been fine since i had it but for some reason now i got mates calling me and it shows unknown caller for some weird reason , even though they said there showing there phone id's, plus the show id option is on my phone too, asked my gf also to phone me and still shows up unknown id what you recon i should do shall i reset all settings on phone see if that works cause it proberly something simple and something must pressed when it was in my pocket
all the help i can get be much appricated if that fails i be going to the orange shop the phone hasnt even been broken or anything

all my contacts are saved to my sim card not phone ??? what do i do next mate??

Transfer them to the phone and change how they are viewed from sim to phone. Try a test call again.

hi mate all sorted orange sent update to my phone to sort problem didnt work straight away but was on the next morning with id's and everything well happy!!!
