same engine as mine.
check the exhaust CAT beneath the manifold. if its quite loose then the brackets snapped that connects it to the engine bay. Or it could be your timing chain.

no sure. i think you need to buy the whole kits rather than just the chain itself, plus its a garage job. phone a few up and get some quotes.

yes the timing chain. have you checked if the CAT is loose? look underneath your front bumper and youll see the thing at the end of your exhaust, attached to the engine block. shake it and see if its loose.
