just curious.....has ne 1 got a smooothed boot and a big install....im thinkin of havin it done but worried that it will crack when i crank the ice up?????

If it's smoothed properly then it should be largely welded metal and minimal filler so I wouldn't have thought it's be a major problem.

Not speaking from experience though.

Well...........................

143.3 dB didnt hurt my smooth rear

They did a proper weld job on it. What type of system you got??? if its super huge it might fuk things up.

I got two 15"s, smooth boot n no rear seats.

I'll let u know

But With our new sound proofing products it should take awway the vibrations that would casue the cracks

More like roof insulation apparently.

I've got 1400W going through 3 Directed 12s in my Corsa with a smooth boot and it's absolutely fine. I'd be wary if I had one of those fibreglass stick on panels though.
