O dear, on the plus side i fitted my lexmaul with no issues at all. But i see where your coming from, easy tasks that turn in to nightmares.

I hear you brother. My box was leaking oil between the lower floor mount and box plate. So I decided to check the two 19mm bolts. The bottom one was loose. So I try to tighten it up and what happens? It slips and slips and I have now discovered that the alloy thread has stripped so I somehow have to re-tap a new thread whilst the box is on the car. Fokin annoying to say the least
