as above when turning left i have plenty of feel but when turning left there is no feel its just turns too easily i fort there was damage to the steering rack so have just had this replaced but it has made no difference any help appreciated.

i bet you have adjustable top bolts on your new susension that are not setup correct which is making your handling poo.

Does it have the EPS (Electronic power steering)?
Could be the Tracking well out, as i've had this..
Otherwise, the EPS Steering Column could be buggered..
One of my old Corsa's used to do allsorts of funny things - A New EPS Column and the job was sorted.
If its the column, don't go to vaux - £1000 + we were quoted.
Second hand column ftw..

no my car doesnt have eps just normal power steering.
i have the standard shocks on so i dont think it could be the top bolts.
the garage told me there is a chance it could be caused by the hub being bent slightly or one of the bols holes connecting hub to strut slightly enlarged i have no idea tho ? cheers for your help
