Any local gas supplier should have it, The ones that do all the bottled gases.

You got a BOC or Air products depot near you?

another trick used is to pump the smoke from a smoke machine through a box full of ice and the out again, cools the smoke and offers a similar effect to dry ice (albeit safer).
