Just purchased another block of IP's for my server but I can't get Apache to run off the new IP. It just won't start up no matter what I try. I HAVE to run through that IP as that's where all my DDoS protection is. Could anyone have a look for me? I could possibly pay for your time...
I'm running Windows Server 2003.

Is the server currently using the new IP? It'll need to be assigned as either a replacement primary or a secondary IP on the server before Apache can use it AFAIK.

Yeah, I've added the new IP as a secondary IP. My host says everything is configured and setup correctly...
They said they're not allowed to manage servers for customers.

What does the error.log file show as the reason it fails to start?

No information in error.log when I try to start it up. I dunno what to do.
