just call a non emergency police umber or pop into ur local police station...

andno you nota twat.. twat is the person who is driving with provisional license un supervised.... they are the reason hy out premiums are so high.

find out the number for your local police station/county police and give them a call, tell them you want to report someone for driving without a full licence and give them all the details you have on said person.

thing is hes been driving about for about 5 year now until police stopped him for a random check and it came up as a provisional holder now hes still driving about in a nissan micra

I rather enjoy letting the police know when people have drank to much in my work and got in their car

jerks like him put insurance up for the rest of us/make this country so shit, why feel guilty about "grassing him up" when you, me and most other people have to pay through the nose to be legally on the road?

Depends. If hes a mate, you never grass your mates up. But if hes just somone you know thats got a bit of attitude then get on the blower to your local cop shop and tell them about it.
