As above i have for sale a Tamron AF 55/200mm 1:4-5.6 macro lense for sale, iv had ity about 12 months and used it with my nikon D40 but have just upgraded camera and its pretty much the same lense as i have so looking for a 35 or 50mm lense 
not sure what its worth was approx £140 when i got it so say £90 inc rmsd
or could come to a trade for the lenses i want 
This is not a moorised lense so wont auto focus on d40 d40x etc but will on D90 and any with motorised body,
it comes boxed with the lense hood,
