Just had a primed smooth petrol cap through the post..

obv needs spraying black.. halfords best place to go?

and any tips for sparying? never done before.

A black marker pen should do the trick.

something small like a cap will be simple. Sand it down properly, make sure there are no scratches, prime it, sand, prime it, sand, prime it, sand, paint, sand, paint, sand, paint, sand...then wait 24 hrs. Then polish, then lacquer.

But it won't look like a pro job.
