Bopught a sub amp and wiring kit the other week, and the RCA cable has a smaller cable connected to it with a loose end, just wondered what it was for, any help appreciated

i think that is to earth it so you dibt get any feed back

it can be used as a remote wire, so you dont have to run a seperate cable

its for remote (between radio and amplifier)
