its condensation within the paint matey. Either pour boiling water over it (Only been told to do that)
OR..
I used a heat gun. Don't hold it in one place for too long though as you may risk bubbling the paint
Easy fix though!

Boiling water will be a fail anyway.. I tried the heatgun and it didn't work.. Seems to work for some people and not for others...
