Hi my name is James and I have been told of this P90X training programme from a mate of mine who uses the site, he got me a dvd sent to me through the post with all the P90X info and vids on it (Thanks for that) all I was wondering is could anybody help me as to what exercises you do on what days of the week and what is peoples diet plans?
I'm 5ft9 145 pounds and worked out my nutrition level was 2 but I'm a little unsure of how to do my diet as the cd booklet is a little too much to take in, in one go,could anyone who's on the P90X plan write down their meal plan and training plans please? Any help would be appreciated!
