Hi everyone

Can someone help me out?

Im in need of an answer as to why my stereo does not have a permenent live on it....i know the red wire is perminent and yellow is 6v memory.but when i put ignition on they both have power however when the ignition is off,they both have no power

im getting fed up now as i hate resetting my stereo everytime i get in it.

some headunits have the red a yellow cables with bullet crimps on , join them together (red to yellow) and it should work mate

I've tried that.my problem is that the cars loom is not giving a permenent live.the wire that supposed to give permenent live is only working with ignition on
