when i drive the car say for example i put my foot down in 2nd till 3000rpm or so put clutch in to change gear and car revs right the way up to 7000rpm dnt no y help appreciated thank

Mine did that a few times when it was hot, 6k rpm launches in traffic were not pleasant lol.

Check for air leaks around the throttle body area. Just spray some brake cleaner at the throttle body area, if it revs up it's sucking it in.

Also check your TPS sensor and ICV.

Lubricate the throttle butterfly linkage, clean out your icv and as said, check for air leaks.
