My friends mum had one, and it wasn't that slow. Not the quickest car, but want it more for comfort and style rather than being quick.

Nice to drive but terrible on the fuel for how fast it is. I like them and they're cheap if you find an old one.

Dealer history is worth having, they don't want for much if they're kept in main dealer warrenty.

Got one

Nice to drive, smooth and comfortable, plenty of equipment too. They look with the Aero-kit and wheel combination too.

As said before, it's "slow" for what it is, but perfectly adequate for daily drive. Drinks petrol though.

Would recommend them though

Like what has already been said, the IS is no sports car, and was never made to be, but it will pull really hard all the way to 140.

It is very comfy, it comes with loads of toys, and it’s very smooth.

As for fuel, it all depends on how you drive it. I know I have emptied my 70 litre fuel tank very quickly, but then again I have got 450 miles out of a full tank too.

If you are smart you can get about 30+ Mpg out of them too.

If you are still interested in one, give me a u2u, and I can send you a spec list from the owners club of what to look out for when choosing one.
