I managed to crack the screen on my iPhone a while back. Been waiting for a replacement to arrive for weeks now!

Nice easy job to do the screen on a 3G, massive improvement over the 2G!

How easy was it to take apart? Any links to websites you used that say how to do it?

There is a video on Youtube. You have to be very very careful because it's fragile and uses snap fittings all over the place.

If you do it using the right tools and follow the video carfully you should be successful

Not bad, I cracked mine twice but had insurance. How much did you pay for the screen?

£17.99 delivered. It's not quite as good as the original, if I could adjust the contrast a little darker then it would be just as good. I guess I just need to get used to it.

Yes, but they aren't very easy to replace. They are glued in place - u2u Munchie...
