going to manchester for the weekend next week

needing to try and book somewhere for dinner saturday night

needing ideas, hoping all wont be full for xmas do's.

Also what pubs are good in city centre area

Id suggest Cafe Istanbul then, absolutely amazing food and isnt too far from where you are (depending where in princess st you are).

"Wings" is a great chinese resteraunt (sp) in the city centre(ish) Expensive but if you are taking the Mrs she'll love you when she sees celebrities and footballers in there

My fav Italian is San Carlo, and there are a few decent-ish bars close by. Does depend what you're doing though, out with the Mrs or the mates?

Actually as Cosmo says try Cafe Istanbul. Never been but heard good things.

Totally agree on this too, one of my favs along with Cafe Istanbul - helps that I can atgger back from both of them within a few mins
