4oz plain flour
Pinch of salt
2 large eggs
200ml milk
75ml water

Seive(?) the flour into a large bowl, add the egss and then start to mix, add the milk/water mixture as you go along! You dont have to leave it to stand!

When your cooking them, add 2 table spoons of melted butter to the mixture, and put some in the pan!

Sorted!

Forgot the flour, had milk, eggs and butter for some reason, and i was a bit too generous with the mixture.

Still ate it and was nice.
