just wounded if anyone new if it was or wasnt legal to have an incar fuel tank for mot?

Depends if its a fuel 'cell' or fuel tank. your regular fuel tank from under your car won't be legal. A fuel cell will. Bear in mind some rally cars have fuel 'cells' inside and have to be road legal and MOT'd to rally.

regular fuel tank would be legal inside its no different as long as its mounted securely
