hi there im painting my arches gloss black atm and im wondering how the hell they come off ive undon the 1 bolt but there stuck on ?

remove the inner arch liners and the bolts are behind the trims

As Dale says, the 1 plastic nut you will have taken off are all the way round, about 7 iirc, front you have to take the inner arch out too.

could do :\ my bumpers are coming off as im having that sprayed also think it worth just taking them off the arches i meen ?
